About Us

“Like No Other Vegan” is a female black-owned and operated Limited Liability Company organized on May 17, 2021. The business operates out of a food truck that serves plant-based food options that are nutritious, delicious, and affordable. Our goal is to become an incomparable business that not only inspires healthy eating but encourages it as well. We will provide food in regions (food desert areas) where people have limited access to healthy and affordable good quality fresh live food.

Three-Fold Purpose

Provide affordable, healthy food options to our customers to help prevent the leading causes of disease.
Provide food in regions (food desert areas) where people have limited access to healthful and affordable, good quality fresh live food.
Provide a health application (“The Game Changer”) to connect the community to health information. It is designed to be integrated into current platforms to verify the “food desert” location pickups and all vegan and vegetarian food trucks and restaurants in every state.

Our solution is to become an incomparable business that encourages healthy eating to help ward off the top 10 leading causes of death in the United State – heart disease, diabetes, cancer and stroke.

Leadership

Lillian Hewitt – CEO and Chef. Lillian has a Master’s in Counseling and a B.S. degree in Health Education. The owner is a vegan who grows vegetables and herbs in her garden. Lillian previously owned a food, restaurant and brings years of experience in the food industry.

Anita Charles, Business manager. The business manager has a B.S. degree in Health Information Management from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Over 30 years of work experience as an administrator has prepared her to assume the administrative responsibilities of the business.
